Hotel location is so convenient to visit the fort and temple. There is no issue at all had a pleasant stay but housekeeping could have much more attention to cleanliness of bathrooms and it’s floors.

The front office staff are really incompetent and do not know how to service customer. The hospitality provided was not great nor was the food. Its a budget hotel in the center and close to station etc. So if you want 4star service not for you but good budget hotel

The reception is very friendly and fast. The rooms are large and clean. Linen, bed are all very good. I had asked for a late check out by two hours and was accepted immediately. Sunday buffet lunch had a large layout of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. Items specific to Kerala were also available. It was value for money. The room service was prompt.Got good information about places to see in Thiruvananthapuram and it was very useful.
